Because I’ve lived it.
I know what it’s like to look 'fine' on the outside while quietly falling apart inside.
Years ago, I was drowning in shame, anxiety, and patterns I couldn’t break - even though my life looked good on paper.
I tried numbing. I tried running. I even tried talking it to death… but nothing touched the root.
The real change happened when I stopped trying to talk and think my way out - and instead learned how to work with my body, my nervous system, and the parts of me that had been waiting for safety all along.
Since then, I’ve trained in Compassionate Inquiry®, Somatic Experiencing® (in-training), hypnotherapy, trauma-informed inquiry, inner child work, nervous system regulation and lots more.
